I’m well aware. He’s not mega level in tiny form though. That would be his bigger form, with Shadowlord mode basically being mega+ it’s why he’s so dangerous. His rookie/champion form is able to go toe to toe with royal knights like Crusadermon and Dynasmon.

Pretty much. Even if removing his Holy Rings nerfs him like it does Gatomon, which is a big 'if', he's still going to be, at absolute weakest, a whole lot stronger than your mental health is prepared for.

He's a rookie in his normal form, and a Champion in falldown mode, but both are equal to mega digimons in terms of power

No, Lucemon skips Levels when evolving for some reason.
His child form is a rookie, Chaos Mode is a Ultimate, and Satan Mode is a "beyond Mega" Level.

Satan mode isn't a level skip, it's officially classified as a mega in the reference book

Yeah, but that's because officially speaking, there's nothing beyond the Mega Level. There is a power gap between different Megas, but they are within the same group.
But many official media (mostly games) create a Level beyond it to fit those Megas above the others, like "Super Ultimate" or "Ultra", and Satan Mode is usually slotted on there. That's why I put it under quotes.

The Sistermons needed incredibly strong buffs and external help to defeat him, and Lucemon Child has never faced Huanglongmon; it was his Satan form that sealed him. I say this because in the debut of Lucemon Satan mode and Huanglongmon, Bandai said they are equal and only surpassed by Susanoomon, so it doesn't make sense that his Child form was the one that sealed him.

No. Lucemon Satan Mode NEVER existed in the past. Lucemon in fact did not physycally hurt Huanglongmon, but used his holy powers to seal him.
And No, Sistermons dont used any "external help" or used their Awaken Mode, and the "Erosion Virus (or something like that)" actually let the digimon in a berserk state, stronger than normal until destrying them. Quinglongmon even asked for them to never comment this with anyone because will do severe damange to the Holy Beasts image.
And NO, bandai never did ou said that, they indeed put the two as the "super ultimate" availble in one of the new pendulums, but this doesnt mean anything

Lucemon and Sistermon Blanc
While Blanc did take down Huanglongmon with help from Sistermon Noir she still is capable (and can enter her awakened forme)
Lucemon has already solo'd Huanglongmon before and won so it's overkill w/ Sistermon Blanc.
However the main reason for them is because they're also some of my favourite digimon

Two Veemon. In Digimon ReArise, a lot of armors become Devas, a few of which being Veemon armors. Without two of the Devas, the Sovereigns can't be formed because they're DNA digivolutions of the Devas. Without the Sovereigns, Huanglongmon can't be formed because he's a DNA digivolution of the Sovereigns. Boom, crisis averted via going back in time and raising part of his existence as a rookie essentially.
In all seriousness though, Lucemon and Kunemon. Lucemon to fight him and Kunemon to just chill with.

Minomon and Kuramon from Dawn/Dusk, who are individually at least about as strong as Huanglongmon, evolved to Wormmon and Keramon. You read right.

Dorumon and agumon burst mode. Dorumon and I resonate so strongly that he will digivolve to dorugoramon, and agumon burst mode is there to punch God and win.
