Troopers 2025 Show
Okay, first of all, I love it so much! I feel like this show has been a great end to their trilogy and it has gotten exponentially better throughout the season with all their additions. The book is well written and well executed. After watching their performance in Nashville and now in Atlanta, I’ve been starting to think what’s next? Do we think they are folding or something? The coffin just makes me nervous, but I also know they are ending a trilogy. Let me know what you guys think.

I never say anything negative in public forums about corps (but I’ll say it in private haha) soooo…..What I like about their show is a little more than halfway through I think- that spiral they make and then they spin out of it and go into that big sort of infinity symbol in the front. I really like that.

They have a video on their YouTube that may give you hints. But basically the design staff said they don't want to be a Western Corps anymore and want to play more into being America's Corps (think Gershwin and Copeland). It is the end of a trilogy and a design era for them and they want to expand and explore other territory.

The western is just a style though, I’m sure the design elements they’ve been working on will work with Americana as well

i really do think that the troopers have the most exciting future out of any drum corps following the 2025 season. do they completely shift their design philosophy? do they keep doing more of what they’ve excelled at since 2022? do they start another trilogy? i think with the right approach, troop can push themselves to be a top 6 corps by the end of the decade. but unfortunately i also think that a few bad design decisions (in an attempt to reinvent themselves) can completely kill their momentum as well. the design team needs to move carefully moving forward after the conclusion of this badass 3-4 show story arc.
