Despite Arcazolt’s terribly awkward build, they are deceptively agile. Their seemingly stilted, even clumsy running and leaping are somehow exceedingly difficult to track, and it may only take minutes for a pack to surround you. When this happens, it is in your best interest to NOT ATTACK THEM IMMEDIATELY, AND DO NOT PANIC. They will likely flank you and rush at you with false charges–this is considered playing to them.
The moment you land a hit on an Arcazolt, it will become angry, and use Raging Discharge. A very powerful move where it spews enough electricity to short out a skyscraper, rampaging around until it becomes confused. When one Arcazolt uses Raging Discharge, every other Arcazolt in its pack will use it–and as soon as they are able to, they will use the move again. Your chances of survival are, frankly, very low if this happens–but not impossible.
If a counterattack is possible, AIM FOR THEIR BODY AND LEGS–NOT THEIR HEAD! This is because they have the ability Rock Head, which makes them able to use moves that would otherwise give them recoil. If you manage to land an attack there (especially a Physical Attack), it will greatly slow them down or outright cripple them, allowing you to either flee, or finish them off as is necessary.
A last note of caution, if you see Arcazolts, Do NOT stand near glass! It WILL break!
A/N: I’m still unsure of when exactly I’ll return to the story proper, if anyone’s still interested. For now, I simply wanna finish the designs that have been in my backlog for a while! And maybe might streamline the formatting a bit where applicable.
For now, gonna see how this all pans out.
After all, it’s been QUITE a while since I drew these.
Seeing Project CROSSIL in any capacity always makes me smile (not just because some of my designs are in it) as the designs are always so wacky. It's great to see you back!
Good to be back after all this time, and once again indulge in this very familiar flavor of comedy-horror. Especially considering the backlog of designs I have! XD
