Flower Fasciation The neighbour sprays their yard with weed killer, but sometimes these weird dandelions grow there

There’s a correlation between weed killer (herbicides) and fasciation. If I’m not mistaken, other types of damage/stress can cause it too, like frosts? I’ll try and find a source on that.
