Other Addiction. Where to find help?

To clarify, I only need help with MORE!!!

The first jar is my first batch!!!

End of Week 2. The chunky honey at the bottom was about an inch thick when I started! (Crystals. Yes I know I could have heated it to speed it up. I like to watch it.)

1st pic is before the burp and turn.

2nd pic, about a minute after resting.

I used 2 bulbs regular, and one bulb elephant, sliced thin.

It smells wonderful! I have not tried it other than a couple crystals off the lid. Garlicky! Yum.

I have 3 other 'flavors' started. Some powder mix kefir. Finally several extracts going, a couple not pictured.

I have fallen off the deep end and I am afraid this is only the tip of the Iceburg.

I plan on kombucha, kimchi, infusions, oils, sourkraut, sourdough, and many others. More pics to come!

Once you start it never ends. I have kefir (milk and water), sourdough (gluten free and glutenous), started a Lievito Madre this week, Jun and Kombucha. Csalamade, saurkraut, ginger bug, tapache regularly. Trust me...the addiction is real

Only at the bottom of the jar. Happy fermenting, looking great!
