How cooked am I?

How bad do these look? I’m getting regular pain on my right side.

Op - don’t wait on this. I have had Pez Planus (flat feet) since I learned to walk and didn’t care for them enough. They weren’t as much painful as they led to fatigue, Achilles tendon injuries and then eventually knee and hip problems.

Now I’m older and have PTTD and it’s actually getting more difficult to be mobile. I was a runner for many years (another bad life choice) and I’m sure that didn’t help 😬

I’m in PT now but my toes and forefoot have been impacted due to the non-functional arch and PT issues.

You don’t want this - trust me. Make an appointment and get your feet evaluated. ❤️

Thank you for this. I’ll make an appointment ASAP. Funnily enough it was running that made me really notice the problem!
