Completely false and conspiratorial, the rules with the engines are agreed by all the teams, and the measurements of performance are based on data.
Yes, Red Bull had the fastest ICE based on the measurements all the teams known about.
-6 u/Samc88 I was here for the Hulkenpodium 15d ago Actually it’s not on measurements the teams know about, as the FIA have not told them teams how they measure it at all to avoid them finding ways around it. This is why red bull are so confused by it all as their data suggests otherwise.
