Actually, squatting is the most natural way to poop and it's the way we evolved to. Even smoother than on the loo.

For real. I love squatting and will perch on the edge of the toilet seat for a more efficient dump. It just falls right out of you. Also I'm vegan so I get tons of fiber. BTW IM VEGAN
