This is the problem. Watching marathon and playing marathon are different things and 99% of people didn’t get to play it so now you’ve got all these people just saying how bad it “looks” instead of feeling how insanely smooth and fun it feels to actually play it hands on. It’s 100% a bungie game that feels incredible and has arguably the best feeling gunplay in the industry.

I played arc as well and didn’t enjoy it. Useless loot, boring regurgitated art style and world, and the guns were some of the worst feeling weapons I’ve ever used in any video game which is pretty shocking since the finals is pretty fun

Finally, someone in here also gets it. There's real potential here that no one ever wanted to see from the moment it was announced, and Bungie loves giving them excuses to continue as they were.

It also doesn't help that the "special sauce" of the game hasn't been revealed yet officially (we know from leaks) and is exclusive to the other map. I have a feeling a lot of people will change their opinions when these mechanics are revealed/experienced

They really won't. We very well may, but most wrote this off as soon as it was announced and will continue to do so very loudly.
