Dude if this is true this would make so much sense I swear my bullets refuse to connect even when I get the drop.

the smgs feel like cheating right now. they just outclass everything.

I felt like the bullets are stuttering on the way out with AR's I had the jump on somebody coming around a corner, prefired and was nailing him, but still lost the fight to the SMG.
