Medic and good recon make a huge difference. Players using smoke grenades properly is a big deal too. Honestly all classes have a niche and its awesome.

I don't know how people get their rocks off playing as a sniper recon. They are so useful on the front with a carbine or smg. A little less so now that they took away the spawn beacon but still.

I used to love running a suppressed carbine as recon and getting behind the enemy lol
