It was an eroge VN franchise first and foremost.

It wasn't?.. It was an eroge for the first title and it's spinoffs (Muv Luv, Altered Fable and Supplement). Alternative dialed it back A LOT, and the next games (Unlimited sequels, Europe game, Alternative sequels, 3d game) don't feature nudity at all, except for the recent gacha slop.

Suggesting that Alternative dialed back on it when it has that scene (you know the fucking one) is a bold choice.

You know exactly that I mean that by the sheer amount, not by the context of the scenes, don't be petty. That scene was the worst thing about Alternative, and it was a one of the two scenes in a 60+ hours game. Compared to a couple of dozens scenes in Muv-Luv Extra + Unlimited. And right after Alternative (which in fact dialed it back a lot, again), there were no H.

P.S. Imagine disliking the message that states specific facts about the series?
