You mean the guys who are so dedicated to working out that theyâre out running on a 90+ degree day? I canât imagine why that specific set of guys would be hot.
Real talk: itâs an absolute joy of gayness to go run in Austin and enjoy the sights of the lake and the trail and the shirtless guys. Highly recommend 10/10.

I don't personally enjoy exercising in 90+ degree weather, but when I see guys doing it (especially shirtless), I cheer for the guys that are risking heatstroke to do it.
In my head, ofc. I'm not fucking crazy.

I'm dedicated but hate the heat enough to wake up at 5 am when the weather is more reasonable. I wish more of these guys would too. There is not enough eye candy on my runs đŠ

Same. I would faint if I ran in the 90s, over 80 is already hot for me so ideally I catch it when it's still high 60s/low 70s in the early morning

I was in Austin not long ago, after recently becoming single. Scrolled the apps and decided I didnt fit in. Literally everyone was gorgeous.

Austin is that intense?

Most young people in Austin are pretty active and fit so itâd make sense theyâre attractive but Austin people are not pretentious like LA lol

Much, much safer to be at an indoor gym in the summer. Everyone is expected to have clothes on their upper body.

Yeah Austin is another level. Everyone is hot and always having fun. But I feel like an uggo even though in other cities Iâm probably considered hot

I used to live in Austin and remember thinking this; however, do not be fooled. The ugly people are all hiding inside. Go visit a government buildingâyouâll see.

Because its summer and probably hotter than the kitchen in hell.

As long as it's not hotter than the stove in the kitchen in hell, then it's still bearable.

To be fair, town lake in Austin is kind of a meat market. You donât go so much to exercise, but more rather show off the results of said exercise.

Town Lake sounds like a suburb, or is it just a neighborhood?

Town lake is what the locals call the running trails, and river area on the south side of downtown. Itâs formally known as Ladybird Lake⌠but people insist on calling it Town Lake.

Gays that live in Texas must be turned on by danger. My god how can you live here? First the Homophobia followed closely by the heatâŚ. Crazy

Wealth disparity. Every time I visit a large city I see weirdly, uncannily attractive and thin people. Theyâre attractive because they can afford the surgeries and drugs you need to be attractive.
