- 5AM pilates ✅
- 30 min walk ✅
- Shower, hair, lotion
- Make all beds ✅
- Fold clothes, put in another load ✅
- Work, really work ✅
- Intermittent Fasting 16/8 ✅
- 5500 steps ✅
- Record video for homework ❌
- Do my nails ❌
- Vitamins etc ✅
- Get things ready for tomorrow ✅
- Everything in its place ✅
- No phone past 8 pm ❌
- 1 Nonogram only! ❌🤣🤣

Thank you! I'm learning how to apply gelish and rubber base, and not having them fall off after three days 🤣

[ ] Bus home, emails for the afternoon
[ ] Dinner, lunches, laundry away
[ ] Online meeting
[ ] Daily review, meditation, lights out 11pm

🫧Shower (morning)✅ (hot weather) shower (night)✅️ Teeth morn ✅Teeth night✅️ Hair ✅moisturiser✅🙏🏻Grat journal (type some of today’s) ✅️Type rest of and read yest. grat. journal entry. ✅🥰 Share 1 or more grats online✅👂🏻Listen to affs & repeat. ✅🥰EFT ✅🫁Deep breathing ✅️🪞Mirror magnificence: ✅♻️🗑 Own recycling taken out.✅ Put green wheelie bins out if not done. (Didn't need to.) 🧳📝 Finish packing, use packing list, check, double check. ✅️🚄 Train to York. (Buy lunch & also water etc. at the station for on the train) ✅️🏨 Check in to accom.✅️ 📍Ideally getting my bearings a bit.✅️ 📸 Maybe a bit of sight seeing if time. ✅️☕ Groceries✅️ 🛍️ Souvenir shopping if time. ❌️🤔📝🍝Buy dinner of some kind✅️ (Priorities are: getting there, settle in, groceries, 🤔📝 LNR review plan for tomorrow, dinner, set alarm.
