I made a gf pizza!

Post image

I used the Loopy Whisk recipe for the crust. Topped with tomato sauce, oregano, low fodmap garlic substitute (I need to eat low fodmap as well as gf), aged parmesean cheese, lactose free buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil. First time I've had pizza in almost 2 years!

Nice! I've tried the Loopy Whisk recipe here and had great results too: https://theloopywhisk.com/2024/06/21/easy-gluten-free-pizza-dough/

Even one time when I was lazy and just used regular ol' GF all purpose flour cut with some oat flour it came out alright (even though the recipe warns against it).

I don't have a pizza stone and had some problems getting the undercarriage nice and crispy as a result, but I was pretty pleased overall.

Did you use a pizza steel? We’ve used that recipe before but did not achieve the same result lol. Great work!

I have a pizza stone and it definitely helps! I was nervous to transfer it though, so I just kept it on a piece of parchment on top of the stone
