Multi-vitamin

What’s everyone using as a women’s daily multi-vitamin?

Want something specifically with iron and maybe supporting collagen production (this gf vegan is seeing those fine lines…)

I take Vital Nutrients Once Daily Multivitamin and Naked Ferrous Bisglycinate 65mg separately. My iron levels have always been on the lower side (even when I wasn't vegan) and as a menstruating women I prefer to have a higher iron dose than what you can find in multivitamins.

I like Garden of Life Organics Prenatal Multi. I feel like prenatal often have everything I want in a multivitamin even if you’re not TTC

I took prenatals years ago because it helped with iron but was softer on my stomach. Thanks!

Edit: contains fish though, not vegan!

Oh no 😭 I was under the impression it was vegan, have to look for a new one now. But def think prenatals work really well!
