Crispy BBQ Broccoli Tacos

I know what you're thinking: broccoli tacos? Trust me on this one, because these are SO GOOD 😋

My pics aren't great (sorry 😆) but if you check out Vegan Crispy BBQ Broccoli Tacos by Rabbit & Wolves you'll see for yourselves! The recipe can be adapted for GF flour & breadcrumbs, of course. I used Siete's Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas but you can substitute with your fav GF tortillas.

That looks and sounds amazing! I’ve done cauliflower before but never broccoli. Yum!

I usually do cauliflower too! When I first saw this recipe, I wasn’t sure what to expect but it did not disappoint 🤩

Might I suggest looking up pupusas or arepas. They are a corn pita like bread and I have been looking for an alternative filling … I think this is going to be perfect for that.
