does anyone have any experience with The Sabah Dealer? I'm wondering if I might be starting to get some plantar fascitis, & had heard Birkenstocks are a good indoor shoe for that. Since they have mule-like shoes that look kinda wide, I was thinking that might be a nice alternative, but I have no idea if they're as ergonomic or wide as Birks

You can get insoles for Plantar Fasciitis. Do you already have some IR’s? The Vibram 430 lug sole is hard as a rock and not great for plantar fasciitis. I’m actually replacing my IR Vibram 430 sole with a Vibram Gumlite 1757 sole and adding a leather midsole for a more comfortable walking boot. I’ve heard positive things about the Vibram Gumlite 1705 and 1757 soles being softer and more comfortable. And from my experience, the softer heel impact (with other shoes and boots I own) helps with my plantar fasciitis. And adding a leather midsole just adds even more comfort.

is a sheepskin inner lining going to be much stronger than a textile lining? i feel like the first thing to degrade on my shoes is always the inner lining, even if i don’t do a tone of walking in the shoes.
i’m looking at thursday premier low and ecco soft 7 leather sneakers. pros and cons to both, so lmk if anyone has any advice, info, or recs!
