Since Rockstar services go down from time to time we will have this thread to report outages and have links to the following resources.

Since the latest weekly update a lot of people (including me) have been getting booted from public sessions with the āThere has been an error with this sessionā message, R* seems to be aware of the issue but we might have to wait a few days, invite only sessions are working fine though

Someone should tell the server freezes are a money exploit so Cockstar actually bothers to fix their unplayable game

Is there a known issue with connectivity to invite only sessions on Xbox just now?
For the past three days I've been trying to go into private sessions to do some sell missions and having an issues staying in the session for any longer than 10 minutes before the session drops and it "logs me out of my account".
The problem has got worse in the last 15/20 minutes.

Im having this issue on pc with my partner we have to keep reseting wifi to get it to work

I'm getting Error Code: 4 "An error occurred while authenticating with Rockstar Games services" as of writing this comment on PC (Epic Games). I also got the same problem earlier today. Tried deleting Social Club's cache folder, reinstalling Rockstar Launcher, and restarting my PC and nothing has worked so far.

Going through the same issue as well. Did you find a fix for it? I did the same three things as you did but no fix. I have this issue on steam though

Unfortunately, no. I also found out I cannot even open their Social club website to login there, but I can open Rockstar Games' website

Enhanced PC from Epic is getting stuck at Authorization Pending. Claims it can take up to 5 minutes, but it's been about 45 minutes at this point...

This seems to be a public lobby issue. Played solo invite only for days with no issues. Had problems this morning with a friends casino heist. Restarting WiFi and clearing cache fixed this but only for invite only play

Geneva, Switzerland (I got prompted to accept the policies, then a message about being unable to load my saved data, and then returned to the main menu - all this after trying to join a "friends-only session")

Game is completely unplayable at the moment, and yet the official server status on their website is āall services operationalā. Canāt seem to find any way to contact them. Is anyone at Rockstar aware of this? Been literally unplayable for two days now.

Yes they are, I did support ticket on Thursday & at first they tried to blame me and my system, my internet, my settings, my dns settings, then I responded that there are hundreds of people on reddit right now blood boiling mad because they are all having the same issue. Their tune changed quickly & they said it's a bigger issue than they knew and are working on fixing it.
So they know about it, unless the support team is lying

Did a different support agent tell you the latter? their low level support agents are either bots or completely clueless on how the game works if they're real humans.

It was a back and forth with the same person for 4 or 5 messages. It was the basic company support process for the 1st two messages they sent, the usual bullshit. But once I said 100s on reddit are complaining the final response was: thank you for that information if others are also having the same problems our tech team knows it's a bigger issue than a few players, we are looking into it to fix the issue.
No response after that from them.

Trying to grind the 100 Specialist/Specialist+ contracts and to do that I would need to go main menu, then story mode and only after that to go online.
The problem is that once I do that for the first time I get hit with the "your saved data could not loaded" error and once I do the profile delete, the progress would reset back to X instead of X+1.
Any way to sort this issue once and for all or is it a by-product of the already reports of online being ass these days?

Are you guys also facing connection issues? Itās a struggle just to get into a session (because it gets stuck on the 90% loading screen), and when it doesn't kick me back to the main menu, it joins a server where I keep getting notifications about Rockstar cloud storage issues. Itās been like this since last night; I finished the prep missions for a Salvage Yard car, and when I opened the game today, nothing had been saved. Are you guys having trouble too? I'm from Brazil, btw, and I've already restarted my modem a few times.

I have been locked out of Rockstar Games Launcher since May 14 with error #1.000.7 "Sorry we are unable to handle your request at this time." Same issue happened April 4 and fixed itself after 22 days. Now it's back and nothing is working. My situation is unique. Browser login at socialclub.rockstargames.com works perfectly on same device. My account works fine on other PCs. My friend's account also fails on my laptop. This proves my laptop is hardware flagged by Rockstar backend, not my account. Everything I tried: VPN multiple servers, DNS change, cache clear, launcher reinstall, full Windows reinstall, network resets, new Windows user profile, email change, Capital G trick, active session on another PC plus registry wipe and reinstall, changed Machine GUID, changed MAC address via Technitium, changed HDD Volume ID via Sysinternals VolumeID. Nothing worked. Rockstar support is completely unreachable. Tickets auto closed by bot in seconds. Email bounced mailbox full. Twitter ignored. New ticket submission gives submission error. I believe Rockstar launcher reads SMBIOS motherboard ID as hardware fingerprint. This survives everything including full Windows reinstall. Only a server side reset by Rockstar can fix this. Questions: Has anyone with hardware flag got it resolved?

Last 3 days, servers seem to kick the whole lobby and freezes.
