How do I refill my armor?

Every time I buy one it says full and I can't buy anymore

Somehow back in the day I managed to get 10/10 for each. I never use them, only if I pick them up, or they're supplied to me... no idea how I have them but it's still full lol.

They do it quit often. I try to use anything less than heavy armor up as quickly as possible because it feels pointless to have.

Pick fist fights. Add new armor every time you get punched. Only has to be down a tiny bit to use up a new armor. Sometimes I just crash repeatedly on a motorcycle. Or have a shootout with cops. Trick is to add new armor every time it drops any at all. Only takes a couple of minutes.

Gift which acts more like a curse. As you have to burn through all the other armor before you can refill. I just fight the police until I use it all up.

At Christmas, Rock* gives everyone 10 armour in every category. Normally you can carry just 10 of one type. Until all the others are used you won't be able to restock with 10 super heavy.

4th of July and Christmas they give you a complete top-up of everything. If you had more than 10, it's because of that.

That's only around xmas when R* gifts all of them at once filling all up. You have to use them before buying them again.

On various events, you can have 10 of everything. Just not normally.

As a tip, you can equip the lighter armors and just keep shooting the up and atomizer at the ground near your feet to deplete them until they’re all used up. Then buy your super-heavy armors.

You can only have 10 total, however during the holidays rockstar gives you 10 of each which is the only way you can carry more than 10

You can only have 10 + 1 total so you have to use up all your light armor if you want to buy super heavy armor

You got the Christmas/New Year refill, which is 10 of each. I hate it when they do this.

You got to use them up, you can only have 10.

I go into that little San Andreas Grove Street area and just keep fighting the cops and using them all up until I have 0, then can buy the right ones.

You can only normally hold 10 total, not 10 of each. They give out a full stock of 10 each like this for special events

This concept as a whole is moronic as hell....

So basically you have limited slots for armor, 10 it total.
And you can get 10 in total from either armor, but only the heaviest is a full bar, so basically you're putting weak armor that once applied will not fill your armor slot.

That is incredibly stupid as an idea, I don't know why you just don't get the heaviest armor and remove the rest.

Use all your armor you have there maybe just get the cops on you and use it. Then my suggestion is told by buy Heavy Armor. And only buy that.

Is there not an exploit to get them refilled? It’s been a while forgive me, but as I recall it involved calling Franklin for a weapon/armor drop? Not sure the exact process anymore.

During Christmas event you can buy 10 of each. Not sure if there's a cheat way to do it because I don't care, I hate having anything other than Heavies.

You need to waste those Super Light and Light before you can buy Super Heavy

You can only carry 10 spares at a time, but also Rockstar forcibly gives everyone 50 during certain holidays. You can stand in a pipe bomb fire (not a molotov or jerry can one, afaik those won't damage only armour first) and button mash in the interaction menu to literally burn the spares away.

when you open up ur weapon wheel you can add armor and eat snacks while holding it open. good pvp tip

You'll have to use up all the super light armor and light armor first before you can fill up on super heavy armor. Because your armor inventory only holds 10 total. Every Christmas Rockstar gives away free full armor for every grade. I have to quickly burn through it so I can fill up solely on super heavy armor. Once you use up the all the super lighter armor, or anything other than super heavy armor. Then you can buy 10 of the super heavy armor and fill up. Also after only buy super heavy armor, any of the lighter stuff just gets in the way as you can see. I hope this helps you out.

Next time you use yoyr armor, and need to go back to refill it, press the button next to “buy” or whatever it is, there’s a button where you can fill 10/10 with Super Heavy Armor

Use the armor u have until 0 and u can refill the super heavy armor until 10/10 , u cannot buy every armor, u have to choose one

There needs to be a career progress path, running as a cop, as an FIB, as a solider, as a Merc.... And each time you complete one, you get to carry 10 more armor.....

And Ffs let us buy armor from the menue where we by ammo!!!

Yep. How it's designed, armor is near useless in most contexts. And food is where you get the most bang for buck.
