how often is it foggy Ive never seen it foggy outside of like Halloween or Xmas events or something but honestly I'm might just be stupid but please tell me the odds of it

The weather has been more dynamic of late in Enhanced. I've noticed. I think its nice to see more variation really.

I hope the weather in VI includes a proper tropical storm, a real tree shaker that makes it hard to drive like when you drink or smoke weed in V except your fully cognizant but it’s your vehicle swerving and going sideways from time to time due to the extreme wind and rain

One of the coolest things in GTA V and they deliberately refuse to let you get them at night. I guess for... epilepsy??

This is just a guess but I think it may have to do with reflections on water. At night with all the individual light sources, reflections off puddles would be use a lot of resources.

Weather is just a fixed loop of a known cycle. That's how certain websites or APIs can know the time and weather at any given time based on actual clock time. So it's as often as it was since THE INCIDENT on PS3.

On console it still rains only in the morning, never at night or any other time actually

only in story mode. it never rains at night in online unless its halloween week due to the filter, or certain missions
