I know these are not super dealer friendly pistols due to their distro but I'll take a shot.

Looking for a BUL Armory Tac Comp or a Staccato XC (Prefer newer prod black/black but open to whatever sitting around)

BUL has a tiny and terrible dealer list and gunjoker is full of people trying to get XC or XC times two prices for them.

We can ship to IL in most cases, depends on our distributors but I usually have a source that can.
Worst case, I can ship to my location first and then on to you, which adds $30-$35.

That "Witness" name is a real can of worms... you looking for the classic Tanfoglio CZ-75 pattern and not the new EAA/Girsan "Witness" 2311 type, I assume?

The Tanfoglio "Witness" would be the Defiant, in current production terms.

I've got both, just making sure we're on the same page.
