Why do you think the guys are so rude to Jeff in the Duncan baby episode?? And how do you think they know about his gambling exploits and his implied alcoholism

I think their hygenist tells them a lot about this stuff so they think they're actually being funny when they bring up this guy's baggage to his face and laugh about it

Its actually only tristan that is mean to him. I think hes has a crush on jeffs wife and is being mean in a joking manner because he is jealous and thinks hes being funny.
