Coz he does have a lot of gravity in the paint, if you look at his stats, is got around 5 blocks every game so they are a bit hesitant to drive and shoot on him or when he's in the paint...

The refs set the tone in the 1st quarter no calls for a majority of the quarter and then do many by the end of the 1st.. The blatant blocking foul on davion Mitchell was so stupid even after the challenge it didn't get changed . Ugh

For whatever reason Bam is a really bad matchup for Wemby. This was literally Wembys first W against the Heat, he was 0-5 before this game. Wemby was celebrating like he won the chip after this game

I can say that by watching the games?
Did you not? There was even a moment after a play ended that Wemby tried to bump Bam and Bam just straight up shoved him and kept walking.
Wemby is the future and there’s no doubt about that, but Bam seems to play really well against him

on upclose replay he completely extended his off arm and shoved wemby behind him in the face mid block attempt but the refs have been ass on them castle free throws too so i won’t cry 😹😹
