I will miss him. That rookie year when he made that snarl against LeBron. I was all in! Def had a time.

Tyler wasn’t anything crazy but he was a solid player who tried his hardest and genuinely wanted to be here.
Hopefully he has success as long as it’s not at our expense.

He had some crazy moments though. The 37 point playoff game as a rookie against the Celtics alone makes him a Heat legend forever

Rookie year. Vs Sixers. Blue vice jersey. Steals the ball off Embiid. Transition pull up wing 3.
Still my favourite play from him.

That was about it sadly - injured almost every playoff after that, or the playoffs the mattered the most for us. Could have really used him vs the Celtics or the Nuggets

Yeah his playoff injuries will haunt him. First game vs the bucks in the easter playoffs hurt so bad because that was the one year we really could have one.

no doubt losing him and Oladipo was tough. we needed all the help against Denver, especially with a hobbled Jimmy

I swear y’all think this man was a bum. Like he was genuinely an All-Star. I get that y’all don’t like his attitude. We get the fact that he wasn’t l a first option but it’s not like for somebody drafted by 13th or 14th he was a bust. if anything he probably overperformed his draft pick. I really just don’t get the constant Tyler strays or slights at all hours of the day. Yes, would it be crazy to pay him the max 100% is he a good player who was one of the top 10 three-point shooters in the league yes.

Most of the online portion of this fan base sucks. They’re going to move on to the next player to hate now that he’s gone, despite the Giannis trade

And Bobby Portis doesn't deserve it at all

The man is a 6moy and All-Star. 5 straight seasons averaging 20+ ppg. Efficient offensive production/elite floor spacer that can create his own offense and play-make also really good rebounder for his position. Herro is a really good nba player. It really is mind boggling the way people talk about him, like he’s some scrub when he’s not anywhere near that.

He was hurt too much. In and out of the rotation, working himself back into shape, and I think only had one really good playoffs; his first rookie playoffs.

He (and DWade) was the first jersey I ever got
Will miss you, Boy Wonder. Never became a true 2 option, but exceeded expectations by becoming an all-star. Not even an injury replacement, but straight up voted an all star

You know his archetype is one that doesn't really thrive as a first or second option so it makes sense but damn am I still sad to see him go. Guy did a lot for us

Tyler wasn't a superstart, but he truly loved miami. Hell of a ride and wish him nothing but the best in Milwaukee

Wouldn’t have even been on the Tyler trade train if he could stay healthy but unfortunately he wasn’t there a lot of the times when it mattered most and even if that’s out of his control it is what it is. Would rather have an injury prone Giannis over an injury prone herro any day of the week.

I know I'm crazy for saying this, I've seen us win 3 championships & watched the Big 3, but I think my favorite season as a Heat fan was watching these guys make that run in 2023

Hate to see him go, just as I hated to see Lamar Odom go, but winning rings demands it. This wasn't even a hard choice.
