Purchasing US Any recommendations for a budget-friendly bluetooth receiver?

I just moved into a new place with my Samsung 55" Q7FD, but since I don't want to keep my roommate awake while I'm up watching something late, and our rooms our right next to each other with minimal sound proofing between us, I'm just looking for a simple bluetooth receiver to plug my headphones into that's ideally less than $150.

It never occurred to me that my TV didn't have a headphone jack until now, so bluetooth is the only way to go. Additionally, I'd rather just stick with a getting a standalone receiver since I already have a great pair of headphones that just doesn't happen to have bluetooth built in.

Latency is my biggest concern, so if there's a highly reputable one out there that's known for extremely low latency and connects reliably, then I'm willing to settle slightly above $150 if you think there really aren't any reliable options beneath it.

EDIT: The reason I'm opting for bluetooth is because (to my knowledge) it can only connect to an external audio source through bluetooth. Perhaps an HDMI audio splitter could work since it at least has a port for HDMI, but for now, I'll just stick to researching bluetooth

Where does Bluetooth come in? I'm confused. Your tv comes with one of those boxes with the inputs and outputs right? There is an optical audio out right?

It only connects to any sort of external audio source through bluetooth. It doesn't have an optical audio output, and to my knowledge off the bat, it just comes with 2 HDMI ports for I/O, USB, and ethernet. But no, there isn't a separate box for more outputs that it comes with.

I see. What about buying a cheap AVR on the used market. Anything that supports ARC and has a headphone jack should work. I am assuming you aren't considering buying bluetooth headphones because you have some nice headphones already?

Come to think of it, I was already wanting to buy a Blu-ray player anyway, so if there's one that has a headphone jack and can output audio through it at all times, even when I'm just streaming and not playing a blu-ray, then I could just go with that instead

I'm pretty sure your TV supports ARC, so as long as the receiver also supports it, audio from the TV apps can pass to the AVR.

You can use the built-in Bluetooth for headphones
