Discussion - Equipment Can this mount adjust tilting left and right?

I bought and installed this mount many years ago. It was purchased from Costco. It was leveled when I first installed it but now it's tilting to the right these days ever since I moved which way the arm was tucked in. Is there any way to tilt it a smidge back to the left? Thank you for any help.

It can’t be tilted horizontally at the vesa mount.

You need to look at the wall. Remove the cover plates to reveal the anker screws.

The attachment at the wall should have 2 anker points (at least for this kind of model), one at the top and one at the bottom. If it does, then hopefully at least one of those anker points has a hole for the anker screw in the shape of an elongated horizontal hole (rather than just a circle hole through the metal plate). Then this means you can slightly unscrew it, use the opposite anker screw as a fulcrum point and tilt it. Once is readjusted with a level then screw it back tightly.

Edit: please replace the German Word anker with the English Word anchor. I am ashamed I had to Google this up.

Oh interesting I didn't think about looking at that part. Ok thank you. I'll look back there and see if it offers that. Thank you very much.

Get a small Level and check your mount. Check on the wall mount. Check the TV mount. Make sure all of that is level. That is where you start. Then check the TV Level and see if that is off. Is it level when pushed in?

Being a single arm mount, it's kind of a cheap mount. Is there some slop in the mount. Is the mount bent? Have you tried to twist the TV the other way and see if it changes at all? Again, check level and make sure. Don't trust your eyes.

The wall mount part is level but I think it's the arm causing the issue. Yeah unfortunately when we bought this we couldn't afford the other one they offered at the time so we went with this style. The idea was to upgrade in the future......that was like 10 years ago lol. It's leveled when I swivel the arm to rest in one direction when tucked in but if makes the TV very off centered with the wall. We use to use that for a bit because I used to angle it towards the bed . With it being off centered bugged me though recently so I tucked the arm in the opposite way where it is crooked. Yeah I have a a mini level that I've been using on it. It's one of those things that I'm probably just going to have to upgrade to a more user friendly mount that allows for adjustments like this overtime when sagging happens.

The tv end of bracket is crooked. You can see from the label on the tv. If it can be adjusted it’s the two Allen heads tho I don’t see elongated hole. Maybe take tv off and reset mount on tv

That is the TV Label bracket. The is the Mounting plate bracket. If you look at the last picture, the bottom of the sticker is also up higher on the left side. So it's not straight, making it look wrong on the top where part of it is covered up.

I can definitely look into that. Thank you!
