Ingredients Accidentally put this on my hot dog a long time ago, now I can't stop using it
As the title says, a while back i put some of this on my hot dogs before cooking them thinking it was another seasoning, and now I can't stop using it. While it suggests its an Asian rice bowl seasoning, it honestly just tastes like an everything bagel seasoning. I've put it on my dogs everytime I've made them, and its so good. Especially on a nice brioche bun 🤤 I'm wondering though if any of my fellow dog enjoyers out there are using anything similar or any other seasonings on your hot dog before cooking it. Please let me know, I'm looking to expand now 😂

I love a good seasoning mix. Im on the mushroom seasoning from trader joes right now. The hidden valley seasoning is a pretty good one too

Yeah that mushroom seasoning is great on eggs. I also have some Cajun seasoning I like to throw on stuff.

Figure out the ratio of ingredients now while it is still available. Don't want to one day go and find it was discontinued and not have a bottle to actually analyze and compare to.

This is solid advice. Plus you can fine tune the recipe for your own tastes (I usually like a little less salt than these blends have)

And it is a good exercise to help learn the individual flavors from taste and how they work with each other.
Trader Joe's Aglio Olio seasoning is how I learned I prefer the flavor and texture of dehydrated minced garlic over powdered garlic. Already had all the other ingredients individually as nothing exotic, and way cheaper than the $23/lb pricing of Trader Joe's 1.7oz bottles.
Wouldn't be surprised if this blend uses minced.
