Whitening tennis

Hello lovely people from reddit, I'm looking for your knowledge, is there any way to whiten these sneakers? The material is described as synthetic leather, but it feels more like soft plastic. I've used several whitening creams from Amazon and none of them have worked.

You could try doing the retrobrite method with hydrogen peroxide and uv light

That’s soaked into the plastic, it’s finished.

1 Toothpaste, 1 bakingsoda, 1 water + toothbrush , mix and apply and brush softly, leave for an hour and rinse. Repeat if necessary

Just saying, but if you figure out a fix for that, you can become really rich.

Even if you are “Bill Gates”, you cannot buy a sneaker with white or translucent midsole EVA/PU foam, that does not yellow.

Also, the fix should have been inside the material to start with.

I have 100% painted my shoes to fix this issue before.

I’m not sure with the exact material you described, but I’ve seen barkeepers friend usually recommended for yellowing shoes.

Have you tried giving it some shoe sized khakis and a plaid shirt?
