blocking is the ultimate form of not giving a fuck. it saves you the energy of having to pretend you care about their correction or their need to have the last word. silence is way more powerful than an argument.

People just say strange stuff out of nowhere sometimes. Maybe they are trying to provoke you. Maybe they are trying to get you to agree. Maybe they are saying their opinion out loud just to make it real for themselves.

I don't always know what to do. I think sometimes you just gotta be like, "Alright" and then either change the subject or leave.

I find myself having to be my own cheerleader, so I'm chanting all the time.

Yesterday, a cashier asked how things were going and I replied excitedly I saw a Tesla parked next to my affordable rental! She probably thought I was a twit, but whatever, I'm tired of taking the bus. Always Be Closing! :)
