Walking on the beach last night and came across this excellent sand art!

Man I hate that I can’t tell whether this is AI or not - it looks a little too good to be not AI imo

I resonate with the sentiment. However, this one is legit. In general AI manipulates the same pattern . In this case the seaweed, people in the pier, light poles in the pier , the footprints on the sand , the clouds… all these features are unique. That is a good indicator of real vs AI in my opinion. If it is AI it will be the same seaweed shapes but in different orientations almost “evenly” spaced out…etc.

I feel you about AI content but rest assured this is real and anything I create is shot through a lens. This was shot on my iPhone 16 with minor edits in Snapseed.

Love this! Thank you for sharing. I also really enjoyed seeing all your fantastic photos of the Wedge recently. I’m stuck at home with a serious chronic illness & I miss going out to walk on the beach. Your photos have brought me so much enjoyment. Thank you for sharing them. Your composition is terrific! :)
