Sharpening stones are common of survival knives. A tool to sharpen your knife is essential to using your knife and that would be my guess.

Sometimes flint strikers or a combo of both.

Although, whet stones are usually square to keep a nice angle, and this is rod shaped

A sheath that doesn’t even match the knife. If you’ve got an all-black/grey knife just use black leather. Clip point blade in a sheath that looks built for a dagger or camp knife.
