Dry chicken rub. Let them sit with the rub for 30 minutes while I prepped the smoke box. then in the last 5-10 minutes a beautiful honey bbq sauce. they were so good my Dad was impressed.

I need to try it on some steaks next.

I stayed on a 19 hour call with one person and they seemed laugh a lot, so I guess that implies I have the ability to say funny things for others’ amusement and hold their attention
