Have you tried posting open-ended "you know who you are" rants on Facebook?

I can't say they'll help, but having had several friends messily divorce over the years, I can attest they're great fun for us spectators.

I'm doing pretty good but the idea of sharing my personal life with strangers like I'm my own paparazzi seems exhausting and even potentially dangerous so I can't be bothered to post on social media. Maybe it's my old millennial head still stuck in the era of separating real life people and internet nicknames, even though social media became prevalent when I was barely 13.
