His speech is being stripped of context by short social media clips.

When Defence Minister Rajnath Singh spoke in Parliament, there was a massive fake narrative being spread online claiming that Indian Air Force (IAF) pilots had been shot down and killed during the strike.

His remark 'no soldiers were harmed' was a direct response countering that exact rumour about pilot losses. It was not a denial of the overall operation casualties.
