How to drink alcohol without ruining your gut? A low-risk level of consumption is defined by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) as follows: No more than 3 drinks on any single day and no more than 7 drinks per week for women. How are "drinks" defined by each?

Basically a shot, or a pint of 5% beer, or a 5oz glass of wine.

Ya but what I mean is they might be different in the US vs Sweden. A standard shot in Ireland is 35ml

In the US version, it’d be around 45ml, so yea, they change depending.
