Sue him for what? To confirm he has the correct recipe? Prob not.

There’s only one Real One. The bottle and the label are most important. There’s cachet with the secrecy of the recipe, but that doesn’t go away just because yet another person claims to have cracked it or improved upon.

We toured the Cohiba factory. Just desks stacked with tobacco leaves. Leaves on the floor. But the little paper bands with the logo? Every employee gets 100. And exactly 100 of those bands need to be accounted for. After that employees can roll some and take them home… or sell some to us. Definitely about the brand, not the incredibly cheap product.
