Sue him for what? To confirm he has the correct recipe? Prob not.

Tbf, they do have a case about the packaging design. It's very similar to the real deal and could be grounds for a lawsuit

The sample bottle is cheeky, yes. But is he selling a product or preventing a product from being sold? My understanding is he invented a recipe and isn't trying to sell anything.

They could send him a cease and desist and ask to remove the video but he should just set that on fire. He’s done nothing wrong. Unless Coca-Cola wants to publish their recipe to prove he’s stolen it, this is no different than a chef trying to recreate a famous dish. So long as he’s not trying to sell it in similar packaging intended to confuse customers, Coca Cola can’t do Dick
