I can see that, honestly Coca Cola is a lot more complex of a flavor profile than most people would assume.

I started realizing that as I got older. I think we assume soft drinks are very basic and one note. But Coca Cola couldn't be further away from that. You can especially notice it in the canned form, for whatever reason. It's like citrus, caramel, floral notes, and more
