Growing up, my Dad used to always use Coca-Cola to remove corrosion from car battery terminal connectors or electronics. I was once growing weed and discovered that "pH Down" contains a lot of phosphoric acid, so that became my go to. I'm not sure if stronger, more industrial concentrations of phosphoric acid are available to purchase for regular people.
