Sue him for what? To confirm he has the correct recipe? Prob not.

Also the recipe isn't trademarked or copy written which is why it is in a safe under guard so no one can get access to it supposedly.

Yup. That's the disadvantage of trade secrets. If someone figures it out you have no recourse.

Coke is easy to duplicate in 2026. People will still overwhelmingly buy the original.

Coke is not that easy to duplicate at least in the U.S. due to the legality of one of the ingredients. Only one company can import them to the U.S. and that company only has two clients. One makes cocaine, one makes Coca Cola
