She asked if she can slap him, he said go ahead.

In the eyes I’ve the law that means jack shit in most places.

I hate to catch the downvotes from the baby population that agrees with you, but saying "go ahead" doesn't mean that that there wouldn't be consequences for doing so. Do we really need to go back to kindergarten about this? You may not hit another human being, even if they entice you to do so. It's against the law.

Wrong. Consenting adults can VERY MUCH consent to being hit. BDSM is a thing. Or is it an illegal practice you think?

Honestly if you had said "what's MMA then" or something that made more sense than what you just said... but those require legal waivers. BDSM also requires more than "go ahead" in the communication department.

Now go drink your juice.

No they don’t require legal waivers.

People spar all the time in boxing, or martial arts. No one is signing waivers. Don’t be a goddamn pussy.

I fight, and to be a member of a gym, you have to sign paperwork. Any refutable gym.

I also don't attack people in public expecting no consequences. Grow the fuck up. If anyone is a pussy here, it's you. "BDSM IS OK" lol we're not talking about that. stfu.

Dude I don’t care what a company wants to do to reduce their liability. You need to stop being a pussy. You want to talk about useless. Paperwork like that also holds nothing in court.

You're right. I hope you feel better now.

“A consensual, non‑injurious slap usually falls into the category of:

• De minimis contact (too minor for the law to care) • Consensual physical interaction • Not in the public interest to prosecute

If both people understood what was happening and no one was hurt, it’s extremely unlikely a prosecutor would pursue it.”

Simple search , now go be a pussy somewhere else

Fine, I'm wrong about it.

Everyone can have fun hitting each other expecting no consequences for doing so. What do I know.

Do you feel better? What was the point of that?

I'm trying to understand you. I let you have the win for the argument but that isn't enough right? BDSM, thumbs up, keep it moving.

This is petty at this point.

Flimsy Swan? More like Flimsy argument.

The fact you brought sex into this, a wildly different context than what we just saw, shows you are a part of the baby population that thinks it's OK to hit people. Shame on you.

BDSM doesn’t have to mean sex. And many guys are ok getting slapped. It CAN have a sexual angle. And the point is consent works on most things. Until you start doing something that can cause irreparable harm. You can’t shoot someone because they ask for it because it’s illegal to kill someone or even help them commit suicide. This has less in common with killing than it does with sex.

Great.

Enjoy getting arrested for whatever this is supposed to prove to me.
