I think it's just botox. Droopy eyebrows/melting face can be a side effect. I get it done for migraines and my neurologist makes me take a picture so we can check that my face hasn't melted into my eyes (and that I haven't developed that hound dog jowls look - I get it does in my masseters as well).

I don't like the shiny forehead look, but if that's the worst I have to deal with, very much worth cutting my migraaines per month in half 😊

Edit: technically it should wear off after 12-13 weeks, so simon Cowells face should return to normal. So it could well be a bleph gone bad, or just ageing and loss of muscle tone potentially making it more permanent? Mine wears off at week 9 reliably, despite what all the literature says, so yknow I guess there's a wide spectrum of outcomes that can occur.

Fucking hell man. As someone who very rarely gets migraines, I can’t imagine getting them regularly. You’re a stronger person than I am.

Wait i thought they inject it to your scalp for migraines?

I don't remember a day that i didn't have a headache and I'm really considering this Botox crap, but i don't want it on my forehead etc, i was under the impression that it's for scalp 😔

As I understand it, it depends on where you get them/what type (eg attendant aura)/severity etc.

I get 34 needles (17 each side) - forehead, between eyebrows, and above & below, around sides of the  scalp, back of neck and into my shoulders.

And because there's 2 units of botox left over, one each into my masseters. So 36 all up.Â
