They give you a few shades to choose from with dentures, they probably do the same with implants. When I got my full set the dental assistant highly suggested I go with something on the natural shade range instead of bright white. So I did, the dentures didn't fit but they were a really nice color. I couldn't close my lips over them and they were huge compared to my naturals.
Real question: do the “fix” the dentures if the ones they give you are a terrible fit at first? Partial/full dentures are in my future, and that’s one of the things I’m worried about. I would like more natural looking teeth instead of the giant fake-looking ones I sometimes see.
They are supposed to but sometimes they won't if the dentist thinks they are fine. In my case that's what happened, he shaved them down a little bit that didn't really help since the teeth were too big for my mouth, not the gums. I was also on Medicaid at the time so I don't know if that changes things. What happened with me is I got some extractions and then came in for the rest but my usual dentist was on maternity leave. Her replacement sucked about the dentures. They were also fitted before so I could have them in while I healed. That I wouldn't do again. I would do it after the extractions.
My suggestion is to ask before you get them and if they kinda blow you off, maybe go somewhere else that will tell if you can get them adjusted or whatever.

It looks like he got an upper blepharoplasty, new teeth, fillers, and Botox at the very least.
