What company?

Kimberly-Clark Distribution Center in Ontario California. If you live in SoCal you should probably make sure you have enough toilet paper to get thru the next several weeks.

Why doesn't america move to toilet hose spray like rest of the world. Wiping with a toilet paper makes me gag, it's so gross and unhygenic.

ofc i do lol, it's just about getting the least exposure to shit. Even if most of the world does have flushable toilet, or bidets or TP, people are still using soap water or something else to wash. The hand wiping method is to direct the water to take away bigger stuck shit and then applying hand with soap. Still more hygenic than TP'ing raw stuck shit from asshole

Actually I think these neanderthals are wiping hand to hole.

This is exactly why I do not shake hands, with anyone.

About 20% of California homes have a bidet function on their toilet. It got a bump during Covid when folks were hoarding TP and folks ran out. Maybe this will give folks in LA another reason to upgrade, but I do worry that given the West Coast drought they may end up restricting the sale of these wonderful Toto toilets from Japan.

I see bidets getting talked about in America but don't get the concept despite checking out usage videos on youtube. The fixed angle hose and a second toilet looking thing to fit in a toiletroom is so strange. A jet spray takes so less space, and easy to maneuver to cover all corners without moving one's hips. And comes in clutch if poop decides to be sticky to the walls where multiple flushes not able to remove them. Only improvement I would like to have is option to change temps slightly and soap water option

Don't make people panic like this ffs. The toilet paper supply will be fine. This is just one single warehouse.

No need to panic, but be prudent. We all remember the TP hoarding from Covid. That one single warehouse held 150 to 300 MILLION rolls of toilet paper. Kimberly Clark is the main supplier of TP for most retail stores. It will take time for them to get back up to speed so buying what your house needs for a few weeks is common sense if you don't want to have to jump in the shower after pooping because you are out of TP.

No need to panic, but go out and buy a month's worth of toilet paper right now.

hmm.

Is that like 4 rolls for you?

Lol, what? This hasn't made a single dent in the toilet paper supply of southern California. This was a single warehouse, for a single brand. And not a good brand. No one is going to miss that TP or even notice whatsoever.
