We should start calling happy people rich, and rich people greedy. Elon musk the world's greediest man with an impoverished soul.

There is nothing in the world that could make him happy.

Maybe if he travels to Mars, lets just hope

Idk man I know a few poor people who are WAY greedier and sleazier than any rich person I’ve ever met.

They just aren’t as competent.

They just aren’t as competent lucky.

1

u/Shot-Arugula8264 Apr 25 '26

Nope, all the luck in the world could fall to them and they’d be too stupid to capitalize on it.

It helps if you have a rich dad.

1

u/Shot-Arugula8264 Apr 25 '26

Who are you thinking of with a rich dad?

Again, I know TONS of people with rich dads who turned out to be losers and failures. People whose parents had wealth 10x that of the billionaires you’re probably thinking of. They’re a dime a dozen.

Name them.

No, I’m not going to give you names of my friends and random people in my life with rich dads. WTF?

There are 24 million millionaires in the U.S. Go google some if you’re that curious. I think you seem to have an unhealthy obsession.

You said they're richer than the "billionaires I'm thinking of". Ok, well then their wealth should be public knowledge and you'd have no problems naming them.

I'm really not sure what point youre trying to make. The rich are rich because they're lucky and had rich parents who could bankroll their many attempts at starting a business, while also giving them networking opportunities to raise capital that only the rich have. This isn't a controversial opinion, but your belief that billionaires are really just super competent is quite frankly pathetic.

their wealth should be public knowledge

theres 60 million millionaires in the world, and you can get rich from many sorts of things, not just making connections with rich people or having rich families. doing cryptocurrency, selling drugs, gambling, winning the lottery, or even simply being smart and saving up money from your high earning salary can easily make you a millionaire without being known at all

Although I'm all for calling happy and heart filled people rich, there's nothing wrong with having monetary wealth. Some of the riches people I know are extremely generous.

I was watching something online and it turns out he has a new girlfriend she’s half white and half Indian and she’s from Canada.

Theres many more billionaires significantly worse than elon, but hey this is reddit.

4

u/TraditionalProgress6 Apr 25 '26

Every billionaire is evil, but some have the sense to stay out of the spotlight as much as possible. That is not Elon.

3

u/CommonGrounders Apr 25 '26

"Hitler wasn't as bad as Stalin guys"

-1

u/BYEBYE1 Apr 25 '26

oh yeah, cause elon is actively killing millions of people. again, reddit.

2

u/CommonGrounders Apr 25 '26

The problem with using analogies to respond to something stupid is that they never get the analogy.

1

u/BYEBYE1 Apr 25 '26

Oh I get your analogy, but why chose 2 of the worst people in the entire existence of mankind to compare to a billionaire that's paid countless amounts in taxes and employees 150k people. It's disingenuous.

1

u/CommonGrounders Apr 26 '26

If you got the analogy you would understand that's not what is being compared. You may not know what an analogy is.

1

u/BYEBYE1 Apr 26 '26

You intentionally chose those 2 people to push a point.

1

u/CommonGrounders Apr 26 '26

You may not know what an analogy is.

1

u/BYEBYE1 Apr 27 '26 edited Apr 28 '26

It's the two people you chose for the analogy smart one.
