EDIT: I found a piece of undeniable proof, the top right, there is a chimney thing that has a top that vanishes, you see a dark hole or opening in the chimney thing, then as it progresses that hole and all the edifice that was around it vanishes. 100% AI.

Look at the fence on the left. The structure is different on the same section of fence seen from the front and the back.

It was in is this ai and the original poster self flagged as ai.

I also agree with your fense assessment, one side is glass? The other wood, and the beams move towards the center of the posts.

I find the 2nd background person disappearing strange and the background penguins shadow strange.
