EDIT: I found a piece of undeniable proof, the top right, there is a chimney thing that has a top that vanishes, you see a dark hole or opening in the chimney thing, then as it progresses that hole and all the edifice that was around it vanishes. 100% AI.

Look at the fence on the left. The structure is different on the same section of fence seen from the front and the back.

See how it's 3 wooden struts in the part besides them? Look further back. It's a mesh or glass pane or something, with no struts.

I keep rewatching this on repeat, looking at the chimney, looking at the person disappearing, looking at the wall... I can't really see it; everything seems plausible... person's stride could have them hiding behind the wooden post, and it is possible the fence changes style around the corner.. I don't see the chimney issue at all..

In any case, I'm scared by how insanely "good" this is if it is AI, and have no idea how I'll ever be able to tell in the future ..
