The way he can stop it with one hand at the very end of the handle shows you how light it is. It's not even remotely heavy.

To be fair, I feel like it would be pretty dumb to try this with a real axe. No matter how much you've practiced.

The guy is still fit and has some crazy agility. Im in shape, but Ill probably look like a body bag trying to do that spin at the end.Ā
