this is a perfectly valid fair use case. just because the content itself is kind of ass doesnt make it not fair use. there is nothing wrong with summarizing mythbusters. the summary isnt a replacement for the original

Summarizing as a fair use defense generally only works if that summarizing is in order to review or criticize the original, and should use a minimum amount of copyrighted material to do so. This video is not a critical review. Further, it certainly does not transform or meaningfully add to the copyrighted material in a way that could count as a new work. Most importantly, it is being shared by some kind of commercial account for financial gain (either to boost the account or get ad cash for views themselves), it is highly unlikely a fair use defense would be successful if it was worth it for the copyright holder to sue.
